Caleb Ellis
Founder & Principal
Caleb Ellis is a transactional lawyer dedicated to supporting businesses and creative professionals. He began his legal career in Los Angeles, working at a record label and later at a global design firm, gaining experience in both the business and creative sectors. Caleb’s clients range from publicly traded companies to small and mid-sized businesses, as well as creators, artists, filmmakers, and other professionals across the entertainment industry. He has over a decade of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial business agreements, entertainment agreements, corporate transactions, and employment contracts.
Caleb holds a law degree from Pepperdine School of Law and is a member of the The State Bar of California and the Law Society of Ontario.
In his spare time, Caleb enjoys hanging out with his wife, Kelly, caring for their pet rabbits, watching old horror movies, and making unmarketable industrial music.
