Caleb Ellis
Founder & Principal
Caleb Ellis is a transactional lawyer dedicated to supporting businesses and creative professionals. He began his legal career in Los Angeles, working at a record label and later at a global design firm, gaining experience in both the business and creative sectors. Caleb’s clients range from publicly traded companies to small and mid-sized businesses, as well as creators, artists, filmmakers, and other professionals across the entertainment industry. He has over a decade of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial business agreements, entertainment agreements, corporate transactions, and employment contracts.
Caleb holds a law degree from Pepperdine School of Law, is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, and is provisionally licensed with the State Bar of California.
