Caleb Ellis
Founder & Principal
Caleb Ellis is a transactional lawyer who advises businesses and creative professionals. He began his legal career in Los Angeles, working at a record label and later at a global design firm. His clients range from publicly traded companies to small and mid-sized businesses, as well as artists, songwriters, producers, filmmakers, and other professionals across the entertainment industry.
Caleb has over a decade of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, entertainment agreements, corporate transactions, and employment contracts. He holds a law degree from Pepperdine School of Law and is a member of The State Bar of California and the Law Society of Ontario.
Outside of work, Caleb spends time with his wife, Kelly, cares for their pet rabbits, watches old horror movies, and makes industrial music.
